Convenient Online Meetings:
I can understand how life can get very busy and I offer the option of medication re-evaluations face-to-face over the internet (TelePsych). When pre-planned/scheduled I can offer medication re-evaluation and therapy time for select clients at select times when in person visits are not required.

GENETIC TESTING
Have your been on the antidepressant Merry-Go-Round? Lets jump off and take a look at what is really going on. Our enzymes can determine how we metabolize and utilize these medications lending to their effectiveness or side effects. Other aspects of geneolgy is assessed to determine if supplementation is indicated.
DNA can be collected in my office and sent to Genomind for analyzation, results and more insight comes back within a week.

I am a Certified Integrative Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. This means that on top of the traditional training I received at CU Anschutz Medical Center to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I also took a 18 month internship through the Integrative Psychiatric Institute to learn of and incorporate a more holistic approach to my clients mental health care and healing.
I look not only at what your main concern is but at the whole picture which including your overall health status including diet and physical activity, living environment and social challenges. I try to opt for a more naturalistic approach with the use of green pharmacy and nutraceuticals to further assist and reduce suffering and symptoms.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I take pride in my extensive educational and professional journey that has brought me here today. I have the expertise to assess and treat all of my clients holistically. I treat all individuals across the lifespan, children through adulthood; and I also recognize that everyone has their own unique challenges and journeys towards achieving their definition of happy and healthy lives.
With over 12 years with experience as an emergency and forensic registered nurse along with my extensive training culminating in a Masters Degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Colorado University Anschutz Medical Campus, I have the understanding and ability to address psychosocial, medical and mental health challenges. I believe that overall health and well-being is a constellation of all three aspects and I am here to help.
I’ve cared for hundreds clients throughout my career. Nothing matters more to me than your health and comfort, which is why I’ve put in so much time and effort into advancing my medical practice and therapeutic techniques. I have developed Red Rocks Psychiatry to be a nurturing and safe place that fosters emotional healing, development and education to support resilient mental health.
